Shipping policy
- All items will be delivered by Canada Post using standard shipping.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days (Local) however there can be a delay.
- Once package is shipped, it is out of our control how long it will take to arrive.
- We are not responsible for lost items while in transit, customer must contact the carrier.
- We are not responsible for returned items due to invalid address or refused upon delivery.
- Customer will have to pay cost for re-shipping or pick it up at the store.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange and Store Credit
- Regular priced items can be exchanged or store credited within 7 days of the original date of purchase (in store only)
- Original receipt / order number is required.
- Items must be in unworn condition and tags must still be attached.
Return
- Unfortunately, we do not accept any return.
