Shipping policy

  • All items will be delivered by Canada Post using standard shipping.
  • Estimated delivery time is  3-5 business days (Local) however there can be a delay.
  • Once package is shipped, it is out of our control how long it will take to arrive.
  • We are not responsible for lost items while in transit, customer must contact the carrier. 
  • We are not responsible for returned items due to invalid address or refused upon delivery.
  •  Customer will have to pay cost for re-shipping or pick it up at the store.

Exchange and Store Credit

  •  Regular priced items can be exchanged or store credited within 7 days of the original date of purchase (in store only)
  •  Original receipt / order number is required.
  • Items must be in unworn condition and tags must still be attached.​

Return

  •  Unfortunately, we do not accept any return.

  • Special drop, special collaboration items, Jewelry and discounted items are final sale.
