Canada

• Free shipping on orders over $300.
• Standard shipping across Canada is $12.
• Express and local same-day delivery options available:
• Same-day delivery (GTA) for orders placed before 12 PM is $10.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (local), but delays may occur.

United States

• Standard shipping to the US is $20 CAD.
• Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days, depending on location.

International (other countries)

• Shipping rates vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
• Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or fees determined by the destination country’s authorities.
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled or covered by Slow Turtle Shop.
• If a package is refused and returned to the shipper, any prepaid import charges will be deducted from the customer’s store credit or billed directly to the customer.
• Customers are responsible for filing any customs refund claims with their local customs authorities.

Returns & Lost Packages

• Slow Turtle Shop is not responsible for lost packages in transit; customers must contact the carrier directly for assistance.
• Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or refusal upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
• Customers must cover any re-shipping costs or may choose to pick up returned packages at the store.

Exchange and Store Credit

•  Regular priced items can be exchanged or store credited within 7 days of the original date of purchase (in store only)
•  Original receipt / order number is required.
• Items must be in unworn condition and tags must still be attached.

Return

•  Unfortunately, we do not accept any return.
